Sparkling Rose of Barbera "Succulento"
Tasting notes
In Italian, Succulento means juicy and delectable. Our Estate's new Andis Sparkling Rose of Barbera is bright and refreshing with an elegant, crisp finish. Notes of rich brioche on the nose and tart cherry on the palate entice you to take another sip. This wine makes every occasion a festive one! Pairs wonderfully with a range of Asian cuisines like Indian, Thai, Vietnamese, and Singaporean, particularly with its fruit-driven notes complementing the flavors. Additionally, its off-dry profile makes it a delightful companion to spicy dishes, offering a refreshing contrast that helps to balance the heat.

Princess-pink in the glass, this rosé made from 100% Barbera opens with a floral nose suggesting white-petaled roses, lawn daisies and white orchids. These are followed by delicate fruit tones of white strawberries, pink grapefruit, blood orange and mango skin. The palate offers a balanced medium body, soft mousse structure and a generous dose of acid. — Stacy Briscoe
