Our commitment to quality begins in the vineyard, where we source fruit from primarily head-trained vines, many planted on own roots or low-vigor St. George rootstock. Several of these vineyards were established during the California Gold Rush, a testament to their enduring quality. By collaborating closely with growers, we strive to produce California's finest wines, leveraging the concentrated flavors and sophisticated character that result from the small berries and naturally limited yields of these vines.
