Grab a glass and join Winemaker Mark Fowler for a relaxed stroll through the barrel room, crush pad, and vineyard. Along the way, Mark will pull back the curtain on how our winemaking team really works—from grape to glass—then cap it all off with a thoughtfully curated tasting, including a rare pour straight from the barrel.
After the walk, the experience shifts from vineyard to fire. We’re excited to welcome Maria’s Paella from Sacramento, cooking her beloved paella fresh on site right before your eyes. Settle in and enjoy a generous, heaping plate paired perfectly with Andis wines.
