2023 Sauvignon Blanc Estate
Tasting notes
Grown on the Andis Estate at an elevation of 1,500 feet, this wine was fermented and aged in a concrete, egg-shaped tank and developed a well-defined minerality. When you pour it into your glass, you'll be greeted with notes of candied orange zest, fresh wildflowers, and crushed rock. The wine is clean and vibrant on the palate, with flavors of mandarin, lime, and passionfruit, all balanced out by a creamy texture.
